                                                  Examination Form Filling Schedule of Even Semester End Examinations 2025-26 for all students 
                                                                                   (Only for regular courses of First to Final Years of Even Semester)

As per the Academic Calendar of the University, Even Semester End Examinations 2025-26 are scheduled to be held from 19-05-2026.  Accordingly, the schedule for Online Examination Form Filling of Regular courses for the Even Semester End Examinations 2025-2026, for all Schools and all students from First to Final Years is as follows:

Exam Season: Even Semester End Examinations 2025-2026

Important Notes:
  1. No student will be allowed to submit the exam form after 12-04-2026.
  2. Students without an authenticated Hall Ticket will not be allowed to appear for Theory, Practical, Jury, Viva, or any End Semester Examinations. It is the responsibility of the Examination Coordinator to inform the CoE Office and collect the Hall Tickets well in advance, to ensure they are systematically distributed to the students before the examinations.  
  3. Instruct students not to use mobile phones for late fee payments. They must use a computer or laptop.
  4. Students should verify their program name, pattern, and course details (both electives, compulsory, SHD and SCIL etc. courses) before submitting the exam form. If they have any doubts, they should contact their mentor, faculty, or Exam Coordinator.
  5.   If a student's result is on hold and the result is released after 03-04-2026, the late fee as per the schedule will be applicable. No concession will be granted to any student submitting the examination form after the last date of submission.
  6. Students who did not appear for the last regular Odd Semester End Examinations (2025–26) will not be permitted to appear for the regular Even Semester Examinations (2025–26). Additionally, if a student is unable to appear for the current regular Even Semester End Examinations (2025–26), they must re-register for the respective semester in the next academic year with the courses offered to the regular batch.
